About CliqueSite® NewsBlog
CliqueSite® NewsBlog is a simple ASP.NET v2.0 application designed to display news
or blog content. It was built with several design goals in mind:
- Keep it really simple and "hackable" so a Web jockey can easily modify it.
- Use the features of ASP.NET v2.0 and SQL Server Express that allow for easy "xcopy"
deployment.
- Allow the administrator to categorize content.
- Offer RSS feeds, composite and categorized.
- Use CSS for formatting so a designer can quickly change the look of the application.
- Create a simple anti-spamming measure for comments.
